The wooden church from Husia locality was built in 1848. In 1911 it was restored and enlarged and in 1975-79 it was strengthened with iron contacts, buttress wall, it was daubed and painted by Coriolan Muntean from Cluj helped by Maria Covaci from Câmpia Turzii.

In that period as well over the shingle roof the iron one was mounted. The church has a rectangular plan with the dimensions of 11X5 m. The transverse arch of the nave's vault is decorated with ropes and profiles and on the entrance decoration frame on the top side the face of Jesus appears.
