Adress: Roman Ciorogariu street 3 GPS: 47.05885 N, 21.93317 E Oradea, The Orthodox Bishop palaceThe building was the famous architect Rimanoczy Kalman Jr.'s palace. Built in 1905 is part of the new construction wave what took place at the beginning of the XX century. In 1921 the building was bought by the Orthodox Church. At the first floor was arranged a chapel. In 1971 the building was renewed the chapel's windows were changed to vitriol, the paintings were repainted and the remaining stoves and wall ornaments of the old palace were restored by specialists. Beside the chapel is arranged a museum where are exposed religious objects, old books, manuscripts, silver and gold plated articles, icons on glass, pictures, etc.
